Ornamental explores the fragile boundary between physical form and perception. Branches, snow, and shadow are reduced to lines, gestures, and fields of light; solid objects dissolve into traces, while shadows take on the presence of objects themselves. By withholding depth, scale, and context, the photographs question where form ends and image begins. The series inhabits a space between solidity and disappearance, inviting us to consider whether an edge belongs to the object, to the light that defines it, or to the act of seeing.
